The Analytics Dashboard provides a clear view of program health and progress—centralizing build, program, and driver tracking so you can detect delays early and keep delivery on track with customizable views and a Burn Down Chart.
The User Dashboard is accessible from the Timeline view. To access it, simply click the 'Analytics' button located in the top right corner of the application.
The dashboard will appear on the right of your screen. You can expand or collapse it anytime while viewing the timeline.
The dashboard includes several widgets that provide insights into the overall health of your programs.
The first widget focuses on your Projects. Here, you can view the total number of projects in your account. For quick access, clicking on any of these recently updated projects will open the corresponding build card.
The next section of the dashboard covers the Drivers in your account.
Here, you'll see a breakdown of all drivers by type, along with the total count of drivers that are complete, in progress, or yet to be started (To Do).
This gives you a quick overview of driver status across your programs.
The percentage toggle for the dashboard, allows you to easily switch between viewing your data as counts or percentages. Click the '100' button to view the count, or hit the "%" icon to switch back to the percentage view.
You can also filter this section to display data for a specific driver type. If you only want to see analytics for a particular driver, simply select that driver type.
If you'd like to view a combination of two or more driver types, you can select multiple options. The dashboard will automatically update based on your selections.
You can also track drivers that have been started late (if a driver begins after its initial start date), finished late (if a driver finishes after its planned completion date), and those that are at risk. These indicators help you quickly identify any delays or potential issues in your drivers.
The Dashboard also features a Burn Down Chart, which visualizes your project’s scope, drivers that have been started, and those that are completed. This chart provides a clearer view of your overall progress, helping you stay on track with your project timeline.
