Here's the best way to import data into Integrate.
Importing Data
Data Preparation
In your Excel/Numbers/Google Sheets, start by dissecting project information into separate sheets (e.g: sheet 1 = Project 1, sheet 2 = Project 2).
Make sure there are at least four columns labelled with:
Name
Start Date: format MM/DD/YYYY
Target Date: format MM/DD/YYYY
Driver Type: for each line label as a 'requirement', 'task', 'component', or 'milestone'.
Status (Optional): for each line label as 'To Do', 'In Progress', 'Complete'.
Description (Optional): add any additional information attached to the object
Name | Start Date | Target Date | Driver Type | Status (Optional) | Description (Optional) |
Mil. A | MM/DD/YYYY | MM/DD/YYYY | Milestone | To Do |
|
Task A |
|
| Task | In Progress |
|
Req. A |
|
| Requirement | Complete |
|
Comp. A |
|
| Component |
|
|

Tip: the closer you can get your data preparation to the above format, the easier it will be to import it.

From the card, go to
