This release introduces a redesigned navigation experience, the ability to pin and set default views, and a set of improvements to sharing controls and permissions. The new Rail Nav brings a cleaner separation between navigation and page actions, while Default and Pinned Views let users standardize which they see first.
Notable Enhancements
Rail Nav. A new dual-layered navigation replaces the previous sidebar. The left rail handles workspace-level navigation, while the expanded panel provides page-specific actions and context. This separation gives you more room to work and makes it easier to move between areas of the application. Teams management has moved to the Settings page as part of this reorganization.
Default and Pinned Views. You can now pin views to the top of your side navigation and set a default view that loads automatically on first login. A view can be pinned, set as the default, or both, so users can establish a standard starting point while still keeping frequently used views within easy reach.
Share Approvals improvements. Pending share requests now surface directly in the collaborator panel for editors and owners. You can approve, deny, or cancel a request without leaving the panel, making the approval workflow faster and more visible to the people responsible for access decisions.
Reparent permissions. If a user wants to reparent an item, they must be at least an Editor or Owner on the targeted item. If a move is not allowed, a tooltip explains why.
Command Center Context. The Command Center now shows selected items, making it clearer what is in scope when building a query. Ask Integrate displays a view button alongside the current filter and display state, so you can see whether your filters have unsaved changes before running a question.
