When approvals are enabled, any changes you make will be sent to the card owner for approval or denial.
The process is the same for any edits made to an object that you do not own. Whether you’re modifying a custom field or making changes to other fields, the steps and indicators remain consistent throughout.
Note: Approvals can be set at the item level (similar to sharing).
