Notable Enhancements
Approvals System Overhaul
The approvals workflow has been rebuilt from the ground up. Approval indicators (yellow dots) now appear consistently across all relevant actions, including dependencies, file additions, nesting changes, and parent removals. The new workflow also enables users to ‘Approve All’ changes.
Grouping
Integrate's new Grouping feature lets you visually segment horizontal swim lanes based on the attributes that matter most: tag, status, priority, assignee, collaborator, driver type, or object owner. This provides users with an at-a-glance read on workload distribution, progress by category, and where attention is needed.
Multiple Assignees
The multiple assignees feature is now available to all users. This capability lets teams assign more than one person to any object, reflecting real-world ownership patterns where work is shared across team members.
Multi-Drag from Gantt
Users can now initiate a multi-object drag from any selected item in the Gantt view. This makes bulk rescheduling faster and more intuitive when working with groups of related objects.
Display Toggles for Date Crosshairs
New display toggles let users control the visibility of date crosshairs on the Gantt. These settings default to ON for new accounts and give users more control over visual density in their views.
Bug Fixes
Duration data is now included in approval notifications, giving reviewers the context they need to evaluate schedule changes.
Nested builds now appear immediately on the object card when approvals are enabled, without requiring a page refresh.
The Gantt object bar now reverts correctly after drag-and-drop date changes with approvals enabled.
Creating a new build via Shift+Enter on an approvals-enabled parent no longer leaves orphan white space in the view.
Editors can now properly edit object dates in scenarios when approvals are enabled.
Approvals can no longer be turned off while there are pending nesting or denesting requests.
The approval request for custom field creation and deletion now includes full details.
Field names now appear correctly in Stage and Fairing change approval requests for Launch Vehicle type builds.
Owners no longer receive a redundant approval toast when updating a field that already has a pending approval request.
Estimation hours can now be cleared from the object card.
