Layering Filters

When applying multiple filters there are two logic parameters that you can toggle between:

  • Match on All (AND logic) means every filter condition must be true for a row to appear in the results. If you set three filters, a row must satisfy all three to be included. This narrows your results with each additional filter.

  • Match on Any (OR logic) means at least one filter condition must be true for a row to appear. If you set three filters, a row only needs to satisfy one of them to be included. This broadens your results with each additional filter.

The most common use case for filters is the item filter. This enables you to single out a project and save that view to be able to easily come back to it later. This is especially helpful when managing a portfolio of projects.
