Release Notes: April 17, 2026

Major update to a number of features.

This week's release delivers a substantial set of new features, usability improvements, and bug fixes across the Gantt, Kanban, Table, and export experiences. Highlights include a new isolate and expand dependencies feature, weekend visibility on the timeline, swimlane grouping foundations, persistent expanded state across views, and a refreshed approvals workflow. The Jira integration is now live on production, and several infrastructure improvements reduce costs and improve performance.

Notable Enhancements

Isolate and Expand Dependencies

You can now right-click any item on the Gantt to isolate it, its project subtree, or its full dependency network. This reduces visual noise and makes it much easier to inspect how items relate to each other, even when dependencies point to hidden or deeply nested rows.

Weekend Visibility on the Timeline

Weekends are now shown as shaded regions on the Gantt in week and month views. This gives you a clearer sense of working days when planning and reviewing schedules.

Persistent Expanded State

Your expand/collapse state in the Gantt and Table views now persists across navigation and page refreshes. You no longer lose your place when switching between views or reloading the page.

Gantt Export Improvements

Gantt exports now include milestones, all custom tags, and dates on milestone rows. This makes exported schedules more complete and useful for stakeholders who consume them outside the app.

Today Line

Today line now displays as a red line on the Gantt.

Approvals Workflow Refactor

The approvals system has been reworked across multiple interaction points: bar resizing on the Gantt, list actions, context menu priority changes, inline table edits, driver-specific card actions, and Kanban drag-and-drop all now route through the updated approval flow.

Jira Integration

Bi-directional Jira sync is now live. Connect your Jira workspace and either select one-time import or two way ongoing sync. Syncing will update dates, status, and item name, but will not sync hierarchy. Additionally, syncing defaults to task.

Dynamic Scheduling for Parent Dates

Parent objects can now automatically adjust their dates based on changes to child driver dates. This keeps your schedule hierarchy in sync without manual updates.

Kanban Card Size Options

You can now change the card size in Kanban view, giving you control over information density depending on your workflow.

Tabbing Through Card Fields

Driver creation on object cards now supports hitting 'tab' to scroll between fields, making keyboard-driven workflows faster and more fluid.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where names did not scroll with the object bar when scrolling horizontally on the Gantt.

  • External collaborators can now create custom tags on object cards.

  • Sharing with external users no longer requires pressing Enter separately after entering the email; a tooltip now clarifies the expected behavior.

  • Adjusting column sizes in table view no longer causes nesting lines to shift.

  • Nesting notifications now display correctly when filtering by nesting activities.

  • Tags no longer overflow their containers; long tags are properly truncated.

  • The expand button on table view resets properly on refresh.
