Kanban Improvements
Kanban is now far more flexible. You can group your board by Status, Tag, Priority, Assignee, or Color, with each group shown as its own column, and sort cards within columns by Name, Start, Target, Owner, Created, Last Updated, Priority, or Identifier from Display Settings. New toggles let you show substatuses as columns and hide empty columns, and a new completed-by-date filter lets you hide cards that were completed before a date you choose. When you create a card, it now picks up the value of the column it was created in, along with any active Assignee, Collaborator, Color, Priority, or Status filters, so new work lands exactly where you expect it.
No Collaborators Badge
Items with no collaborators are now flagged with a badge across Gantt, Table, Kanban, and the item card. Click the badge to open the Share modal and add people right away, or turn it off in Display Settings if you prefer.
Live Risk on the Item Card
The risk shown on the item card now updates in real time as you make changes to the item, so you always see its current risk without reopening the card.
Identifiers in Filters and Drivers
Identifiers now appear in the Parent, Ancestor, Item, and Project filter dropdowns, and you can search by identifier when adding drivers. This makes it much easier to find exactly the item you mean in large schedules.
Milestone Overview Customization
You can now set a background color for each group in the Milestone Overview, making it easier to visually separate workstreams. Milestones also appear larger in Milestone Overview exports.
Created Items Stay in View
Newly created items on Gantt now stay in view after you create them.
Updated Terms of Use
A banner now lets users know about our updated Terms of Use. It stays visible until dismissed.
Bug Fixes
Two-way Jira sync is more reliable, with fixes for broken syncs, webhook refresh failures, and scopes that could silently stop updating.
Kanban drag and drop is smoother: cards can be moved to columns that are off screen, and dragging between columns now requests approval instead of being blocked.
Kanban now warns you when assigning or adding external users and teams, and shows team names instead of IDs.
Setting priority to "None" in Table view now saves correctly.
You are no longer redirected to Gantt when a report finishes generating.
Clicking Gantt to close an item card no longer switches you back to Table or Kanban.
CSV exports no longer list uploaded files twice.
Fixed oversized scroll bars and text overflow in the notifications summary.
The "Show Dates" toggle now works on expanded cards.
Dependency offset and min/max values now have sensible length limits.
Fixed a stray white gap in group views and improved visual consistency across report pages.
Status and substatus icons now display correctly in list menus.
Under the Hood
The Notifications page, Kanban board, and item updates are noticeably faster. We also made our AI services more reliable, refactored approvals and item deletion with no change in behavior, and shipped additional security hardening.
