Adding a 'No Overlap' dependency between two objects in Integrate is simple. Start by expanding the object you want to create the dependency for and navigate straight to thesection of the card.

Tip: The "No Overlap" dependency ensures that when one object moves, the dependent object follows as long as there's slack. Once the gap is filled, the dependent object will start moving, keeping the timeline on track.

You can add a 'No Overlap' type dependency as either 'Blocked By' or 'Blocking', depending on your needs.

For this article, I'll be adding a 'No Overlap' type 'Blocking' dependency. Click the 'is blocking' selection bar to begin.

If you're adding a 'Blocked By' dependency, select the 'is blocked by' selection bar instead.

Under each selection bar you will see a list of available objects that you can link as dependencies.

Tip: Use the Search bar to quickly find objects by name!

Make sure you review the gap between the two objects to ensure the number of days is accurate. This gap represents the slack that will be used up before the objects are pushed next to each other once the dependency is applied.
