To connect Jira, start by navigating to the Integrations section of the Settings menu.
Once connected, Integrate can sync tasks with Jira: choose a one-time import, or a two-way ongoing sync.
Two-Way Sync
Syncing will update dates, status, and item name, but will not sync hierarchy. Syncing defaults to task.
Note: Imported items do not support dependencies.
One-Time Import
One-way import will pull the data on demand. Any updates made in Jira can be synced with Integrate via the Integrations menu.
Note: Changes made to imported items in Integrate will not propagate back to Jira. Changes in Jira will sync back with Integrate.
